  1. My brother smoked cannabis ONCE and had a psychotic break the next day, from which he has never recovered. That was over 20 years ago.I have since had both a nurse and a policeman tell me that they have seen that occur quite a few times. It's not a harmless medicinal herb - it does have serious risks. I myself had to stop using it (which I only did rarely) because it dangerously suppressed my breathing by relaxing my diaphragm muscle too much whenever I smoked a joint, it also caused a friend of mine to have serious heart palpitations. I know I'm not alone with these experiences of marijuana, but we tend to get shouted down online these days.
