  1.  @wellyforpm  Water is a right, it falls free from the sky into rivers and springs. It isn't made by human labour.

  2.  @patrickhall6627  Mate, the Israelis even claim all the RAINWATER that falls over the West Bank is their property, and they destroy the water tanks and cisterns the Palestinians build. Why do the Palestinians build water tanks and cisterns? Well, because Israelis claim ALL the groundwater in the West Bank is Israeli property, and they pour concrete into Palestinian wells from concrete trucks. Why do the Palestinians dig (labor!) wells? Well, because Israelis claimed every spring in the West Bank is Israeli property - and they won't issue any permits to Palestinians for bores - and so is ALL the water in the River Jordan. Why do the Israelis do this? Well, because they then SELL all the water they stole back to the Palestinians, who have no other choice but to pay through the nose for it. That's how Israelis steal Palestinians' labor.
