No, he is a pathological narcissist, and as such he gaslights constantly, saying he didn't say or do things people know he did, and thinks that because he declares he didn't do or say it, it changes reality, and how DARE anyone contradict him, or even bring it up. That is how narcissists operate; I know, because I lived with one for 10 years.
