  4.  @pm.meowth4850  I'm so sad for the younger generations. Having to live in a world sliding inevitably into serious climate change is a bitter pill to swallow. It will have psychological implications far beyond even covid, or this war. My son is only 13, and ever since he has had a conscious mind he has known that humanity is destroying its own world. I never had to face that until I was an adult. Peace to you.

I only used cannabis reasonably rarely, say once a month, or less, but I had to give it up after several terrifying instances where my heart either raced too fast, or slowed down too much, and several occasions where it almost paralysed by diaphragm to the extent that I had to literally concentrate on breathing for about half an hour. After those occasions I gave it up for years, only to have it reoccur when I had some cannabis years later. Consequently, I won't risk smoking cannabis anymore. I think it's dangerous.

  26. Long term studies of how people who have lost significant amounts of fat and kept it off for years all show that exercise and 8 hours of sleep are key to keeping the fat off. They all did about 10, 000 - 13,000 steps per day. That is about 3 1/2 km in the morning and the same at night, which is quite doable if you don't make excuses.

  50.  @k333rl  Nuclear is many times more expensive than solar, and terribly toxic! Too slow to build as well. As for those touted small nuclear reactors, there are none functioning, except one as an experiment and it is even more expensive than the big ones. Furthermore, the fossil fuels involved in building, maintaining, and finally shutting an old one down uses about 50% of fossil fuels as coal plants do.
