  6. It's because young people are falling prey to that stupid high meat, high fat diet. At the other extreme is the high sugar, high processed carbohydrate diet. Both of them are deadly. In other words, eat vegetables, salads, fresh fruit, pulses and unprocessed WHOLE grains, and keep to white meat. White meat consumption has nowhere near the risk of cancer as red meat, according to a massive study that looked at over 4 billion people around the world. And if you eat dairy it should be fermented, like kefir or unsweetened yoghurt.
