I was in senior high school - when Israeli Ariel Sharon (in an act described by the UN as an "act of genocide" ordered the rape, mutilation, torture and massacre of 3,500 Palestinian refugees in under 40 hrs. Israelis loved him so much for it that they voted him in as Prime Minister! This kind of inhumane behaviour is in the Israeli psyche, they have been doing it since the Nakba, at the foundation of Israel in 1948. And, yes, Palestine was called Palestine long before the State of Israel was created. If you say otherwise you are ignorant.

This is the case both in countries where it is forced by the police, and in places where social pressure, even from other women, is applied to force women to comply with wearing niqab or hijab. Same goes for female genital mutilation.

Besides, Palestine is the country of the Palestinians, Israel has no right of ethnic cleansing. Ethnic cleansing is a crime against humanity, and by standing against that, the Egyptians are trying to force the US and the UN to finally DO SOMETHING about the apartheid (which is a crime against humanity) the Israelis have inflicted on the Palestinians. To do something in accordance with International Law.

Furthermore, Prof. Marandi was born in America and lived there until he was thirteen, and he was educated in both Tehran University and Birmingham University in the UK.   45. I thought she looked insane. The funny thing is, Palestinian DNA has been genetically tested and been found to be the same as the DNA of 10,000 year old bones found in situ in Palestine. That is as old as the city of Jericho, perhaps the oldest city ever, which was there before the Israelites originally invaded that land. So why shouldn't that land be inhabited by people who have lived there for over 10,000 years?
