I made a comment similar to this on a BBC video earlier today about how their reporters use their tone of voice to emphasise the Israeli deaths, and the word "terrorist," but they rapidly and tonelessly glide over the number of Palestinian deaths without any emphasis whatsoever, even though there are so many more of them. Their bias is so thick you could cut it with a knife.

! Every western country should educate their children about the Nakba, too ! We educate them all about the Holocaust, why not the Nakba? Or the Holodomor in Ukraine, for that matter? Every human is equally important. Equally.

@nimranaeem7855 That's exactly the sort of thing I'm speaking of, in varying degrees. I don't know how these people move through society without being seen as the sociopaths they really are. Empathy must be rarer than I imagined.❤

@anshuraj4277 I can compare whomever I please. People are people, everywhere! Are you implying Palestinians are less human than Ukrainians? That would be like what the Nazi's did to the Jews. As to the rest of your comment, world history is world history. Schools should teach history even- handedly, otherwise it is little more than propaganda and social engineering.

@iliafigueroa4820 The answer is simple. It would be a humanitarian catastrophe to send 2 million refugees into a country with a poverty stricken economy. Besides, Palestine is the country of the Palestinians, Israel has no right of ethnic cleansing. Ethnic cleansing is a crime against humanity, and by standing against that, the Egyptians are trying to force the US and the UN to finally DO SOMETHING about the apartheid (which is a crime against humanity) the Israelis have inflicted on the Palestinians. To do something in accordance with International Law.

EXACTLY! I made the same comment the other day - they keep framing this as a war on Hamas, but Israel is killing mostly civilians and children !

@anshuraj4277 That's not what happened. Jews didn't "buy" the land at all. They committed the crime against humanity known as ethnic cleansing, and drove 750,000 Palestinians off their land (killing more than 30,000) into refugee camps in what is known as the Catastrophe, or Nakba. They committed horrible, terrible atrocities in the Nakba, and they have been committing ongoing ethnic cleansing ever since. The Israelis are criminals against humanity. Shame on you for defending that. Hinduism is meant to be a religion and a culture of peace. I don't know what has come over some of you, you seem consumed by aggression and hatred.

@orosner1 Some of what you say is correct. But those countries didn't steal all the water of the Palestinians, nor did they bomb their only power station and their only sewage treatment plant, like the Israelis did. Also, they didn't blockade the Palestinians, limiting the type and quality of materials and food aid into Gaza, so the people are just above starvation level, and their water is dirty, and limited. Nor did those countries disallow the Palestinians to truck water between regions, like Israel does, itself. Nor did their soldiers terrorise Palestinians by taking pot shots at their water tanks, like Israeli soldiers do. Also, they didn't imprison Palestinian children in their hundreds, often without trial, like Israel does. Let's educate!

@orosner1 🤨Only 20 trucks were allowed over the border. Israel is in control of all aid allowed into Palestine, and it has been that way since 2007, since they blockaded Gaza, and strangled aid into the area. The UN has many more trucks waiting. You do know there are Arab members of the UN, I hope?

@iliafigueroa4820 Egypt is very poor, don't you know, and it's mostly desert. I refer you to my other comment about ethnic cleansing and apartheid being officially Crimes Against Humanity, and the requirement of the UN to stop these crimes from happening. It is an international war crime to drive a people, an ethnicity or a religious group from their homeland.
