  3. I bet that washing machine was for an old mum who is a washerwoman in the impoverished outer regions of Russia. It would have become one of only a few washing machines in the village, if not the only one. I wonder if they realised you need electricity for it? A lot of those regions don't even have that. Meanwhile, Putin steals billions of Russia's wealth.
