WOW! Get this to Australia! So many more people could afford to buy and run a car! š š š

It's far safer than riding a bike in traffic, which is the only alternative for a lot of people, even in so-called wealthy countries like the USA and Australia.

Ā @ledsalesozĀ I think those huge, heavy, four-wheel-drives people drive are the dangerous vehicles, not little cars like this. besides, those big vehicles are killing us all through their massive contribution to climate change.

Wow! Amazing point!

Me too! I'd move like the Flash into that dealership!

Hear! Hear! Even a lot of poor people could afford a car, then, even if they only subsidised the smaller vehicle for $2000 Australian dollars.

Ā @ledsalesozĀ I haven't seen it, but I have seen videos of how great these are for getting out of bogs, and driving up gullied, hilly, dirt roads.

That's $4200 Australian dollars! For an electric car! Most Australian households are 4 people, or less! * Did some research: average number of people per Australian household is presently a little below 2.5 !

Ā @jedics1Ā The greenwashing of the Labor government (especially how they conceal how much they subsidise the gas industry) is astronomical, and they seem to be fooling a lot of people, too...

Sam! Is this car approved for Australian roads?

Ā @ledsalesozĀ The time will come when small electric cars like this WILL be approved for Australian roads, probably sooner rather than later. In fact, it's likely that a version of this car, with improved safety, will be released to the Australian market. The BYD Dolphin is being released here. It's just a matter of time before huge, outdated petrol guzzlers are shoved out of the market. You do know that only electric cars will be legally sold in France, Germany and England soon, don't you?
