  1. If you had read the Genocide Convention, as I have, it would be crystal clear that Germany is complicit in genocide, and that this is most certainly a genocide. Go listen to Nicaragua's case; they make it crystal clear why Germany is indeed guilty of both "failing to prevent" and "aiding and abetting" genocide in Gaza.
