  1. Many Russians, and much of the world, know how bad Putin is, sometimes you just have to take a gamble that the unknown might be better than the (bad) known. People should stop being "worried" about who might replace Putin, we already know he's as dangerous as a cut snake.

  2. No. I just saw a video of how it was reported in Russia. The vast majority hears nothing of that. Only those with Telegram have any inkling of what really happened. A lot of them think it was Ukraine marching towards Moscow. A lot didn't even know anything was happening at all until Putin's speech.
