In dry conditions, dry thunderstorms, in which any rain evaporates before it reaches the ground, are a common occurrence. If that happens in tinderbox conditions of drought (as caused by climate change) a fire can easily start, and the hotter the land is, the stronger the winds off the ocean will be at night, causing wildfires to spread out of control. No single human is needed. Rather, every human using fossil fuels is responsible for the Hawaii fire, and the Grecian fires, and the Canadian fires, and the Australian fires etc...
