  3.  @hartunstart  The problem with that is that climate is controlled by planetary systems, not regional ones. Also, how do you propose they" mix heat and cold"? Thirdly, the coldest areas in the world are heating fastest, for example the Arctic is heating 6 times faster than the rest of the planet, and the polar ice caps are critical in regulating the world's temperature via ocean and air currents that circulate temperature around the globe already.
