I used to think that you could tell if someone was intelligent or an idiot by looking at them, but these videos have made me reassess that belief; you really can't tell at all.

@RR-et6zp Russia is so rich in fossil fuels that the entire country, including rural areas, should be far more developed by now, if it weren't for Putin and his cronies STEALING most of the profits. Instead, he just keeps the major cities in reasonable nick. Especially Moscow, near the Kremlin!
