If schools realised the potential of ChatGPT they would ensure every student had it in class, where it could act as a personal tutor at every student's desk, with the teacher guiding the whole process. It would accelerate student's learning!

  6.  @millmassive  People will still need guidance on using the technology, and there will need to be someone ensuring the students are working. But at least ChatGPT won't just run with the fast students and forget about the slower students like many educators do. To do so is stupid anyway, as research has shown that students who absorb material slowly often end up understanding it the best in the long run.

  7.  @suuzi4755  There's no "cheating" in learning. Education is not a process of being tested and getting marked right or wrong, it is a process of trying, making mistakes, and learning from them, as a teacher (in this case A.I ) models the correct way, and guides you to proficiency.
