Before dying in the hospital she asked her husband to remove the child from her womb and save it. They had to rush her to another hospital to remove the infant and revive it, but she had been too long without oxygen, and is probably brain damaged. She is all he has left.

That is only one part of their policy to starve the Palestinian people. The other part is how they took over all the water supplies, and routinely deny and limit water to Gaza and the West Bank, so they can't grow food (or have enough to wash in, or even to drink), and lastly they strangled the amount and quality of food aid allowed into Gaza (via their blockade that began in 2007).
