Yeah, yeah, I've heard all this over and over again. But it won't work in practice unless Palestinians can collect their own taxes, and have a military to defend themselves from the depredations of the Israeli State and "settlers." They would also need full control of all their own resources, borders, trade, water, electricity and so on. Anything less than that is an "independent" state in name only! Stop the hypocrisy, European Union!
