Sth Africa will win, and then the US will be in breach of the Law if they continue aiding and abetting Israel. The US already is breaking the terms of the Genocide Convention by failing to prevent a genocide. You aren't legally allowed to wait until it is too late and then say "Oops, we didn't notice it really was genocide. Our bad!"
