@SuperScarab Therefor Israel can shut-@p about Hamas using people as human shields, as Gaza is the most densely populated place on Earth, and it is impossible for Hamas to avoid being surrounded by people. It's very hypocritical of Israel, considering they have plenty of empty land, and they chose to put their base in a heavily populated suburb of their capital city.

It doesn't mean rural. 🤣Also, there has never been a single iota of evidence, not one jot, found that Hamas ever had even one "base" in a hospital or school. In fact, now that Israel has annihilated Al-Shifa hospital and left MASS GRAVES behind (currently being investigated by the ICC) why doesn't the IDF show us the multi-storey "headquarters" they claimed is beneath it? They don't though. Because they can't - because it isn't there. The whole "Hamas headquarters in hospitals" narrative was exactly that - a made up story. Instead, the Israelis go and massacre patients and bulldoze them into mass graves on hospital grounds. CHILLING.

And you are wrong. Pharaoh Thutmose the Third in the 15th century BC. refers to Gaza. Meanwhile, the earliest reference to "Israel" is in the 9th century BC (substantially later) and is used until the 4th quarter of the 8th century BC, when the name "Israel" gives way to the Assyrian province of Samerina. Gaza, meanwhile, has a record of continuous habitation for over 3000 years. YOU should check YOUR sources dear. Have a nice day.

@tagbarzeev8283 No it wasn't. And by the way, 70 years of archaeology in "Israel" has failed to provide any evidence for any of the myths upon which "Israel" is built. Go and read "Deconstructing the Walls of Jericho" by Professor Ze'ev Herzog, professor of archaeology at Tel-Aviv University. It's all mythology. Up until the 9th century BC "Israel" was just a scattering of provincial shepherd buildings that exerted no real claim over the land. And even when the rival shepherds formed Judah and Israel in the 9th century BC they didn't last long, as per my previous comment. There is no evidence for an exodus from slavery in Egypt, the evidence proves "Jericho fell in stages over an extended period" (NOT from a single raid by "Joshua"), and there is no evidence or mention in antiquity "of the empire of David or Solomon, nor of the source of belief in the god of Israel." Stop fabricating history by claiming Israel's mythology is backed up by actual archaeology - it isn't.

The ICJ rapidly returned an INTERIM judgement that there is a "plausible" case that Israel is committing gen0cide in Gaza, and ordered Israel to stop blocking food into Gaza (engineering a famine is genocide under the Genocide Convention) and to stop the IDF from committing other war crimes at once. The final judgement of whether Israel is committing a genocide will take years of deliberation, as usual in these cases. By ruling Israel's actions in Gaza as a "plausible" genocide the ICJ said it looks like one, sounds like one, acts like one, and we will examine all the evidence, which is still piling up. Especially as Israel is attacking Rafah, and has closed the crossing into Gaza, stopping ALL food and water and other supplies now, it is almost inevitable that the ICJ will hand down a final ruling that Israel committed genocide. You cannot count only the people Israel has killed by bombs and guns, you must count those killed by the famine which Israel has engineered.

Furthermore, engineered famine is a means of genocide, irrespective of Israel's laughable claims of "warning" and "moving civilians out of harms way." In fact, Israel has bombed or shot civilians as they attempted to follow Israel's directions to "safe zones," little Hind and her family a case in point. And now Israel is about to decimate Rafah, the precise location in the South that they previously claimed would be 100% safe. Not only that, Israel has bombed refugees in their tents in the swamp on the coast of Gaza. Everyone knows this, except for you it seems. Besides, warning people to get out f their homes or die, and then never letting them safely return is blatant "ethnic cleansing," which is a euphemism for genocide.

Close to 40,000 (counting those missing under the rubble) have been killed in 6 months in the genocide Israel is inflicting on Gaza. That does not include those about to starve in the famine. Your red herring isn't even an efficient rebuttal.
