  2.  @JayJay-ki4mi  Rot. It was formed to stop aggressive regimes like Hitler's, Stalin's, and Putin's from waging territorial wars. Unlike Russia, the US, nor NATO doesn't try to annexe other country's territory, like Russia did with Crimea, and is trying to do with Ukraine. Operative word "trying". They're failing miserably this time.
