They declare it illegal to build water tanks (as they say they own the rain falling on the illegally occupied West Bank), and they declare it illegal to dig wells (as they declare they own all the underground water in the illegally occupied West Bank). How about you learn some true FACTS. THIS is what Israel is, NOT Hamas.
