  4. Or perhaps he just sees American "interests" in the Middle East, or Ukraine, and manipulates his audience like an actor would. Neither of his performances looked genuinely humane to me.

I don't know why journalists haven't addressed the 2 TRILLION cubic meters of gas in the territorial waters of Gaza that they were about to develop with British Gas, until the Israelis blockaded it in 2007(with US backing). Or the billion barrels of oil in the contested territory of the Golan Heights. US and Israel want to develop that oil, but Syria keeps sending in rockets to the territory (as it's really theirs). Now the US has an excuse to boldly bomb Damascus airport. Follow the money trade, I always say. The US and Israel are both making the most of this to steal as much as they can.
