As I said, Gaza was Gaza long before Israel invaded Canaan and destroyed the city of Jericho, one of the earliest cities ever built. The Israelis invaded Canaan about a thousand years before Christ, according to all respected historians. They were never the indigenous people. Try to prove that the Gaza people are not the indigenous people of Canaan - you can't.

  12. Not everyone feels that a life worth living necessitates "making a major contribution, " as the good doctor does. Nevertheless, I agree that being reasonably vigorous and mentally active, and therefor able to enjoy, rather than suffer life is a rational goal. For this reason I believe that healthcare should focus rather more on preventative healthcare. In the particular case of cancer, a majority of treatments only prolong life for a number of months, unfortunately, whereas healthy diet, exercise and sleep helps avoid it altogether.

Furthermore, Amnesty International has concluded that Israel is committing a genocide in Gaza. Deny all you want, but the ICJ will come back with a judgement of genocide. The people are poor and most don't have cars, the road is full of rubble, and many are wounded. What about those in hospital? The orphaned children? The elderly, ill and infirm?
