This is why I hate drug dealers. I've seen sad, desperate people die right in front of me.

@Ryan-lx6oh You could make the same pointless comment about murderers: Take one out and another pops ups somewhere. But actually, it's one less on the street poisoning people.

@Ryan-lx6oh I think a better approach would be to simply fund enough psychologists and social programs to emotionally support people and keep them off the street in the first place. Drugs are addictive and destroy peoples bodies and minds.

@Ryan-lx6oh Peace to you.

What a fool you are. Addicts are addicts, they are the desperate victims of parasitical drug dealers. Judge the dealers who are profiteering.

@Ryan-lx6oh Your first point is absolutely irrelevant to the stark mathematics of it. One less is one less. I don't want a war on drugs, I want a war on drug dealers. I've seen them kill too many people. If new people fight over the turf, eliminate those murderous parasites, too. Just whittle the number of people willing to do it down, bit by bit. It may not eliminate them, but it'll thin them out, and they won't increase. The more difficult and dangerous it is for them to do business, the less profiteers there will be. Economics 101.

@sprootown No, the human approach is to feel compassion and empathy for the victims. Dealers are sociopaths - see how they don't give a hoot if their victims' flesh rots off their bodies? Sociopaths don't respond to the human approach, it means nothing to them. What ivory tower have you lived in? Lucky you, if you've never discovered this about sociopaths.

@Ryan-lx6oh I'm sorry to hear about your best mate.

We also need to have compassionate social organisation, so that people are helped to get up when they're down, rather than trampled on and judged to be pathetic weaklings who deserve neither aid nor empathy.

@lsp_showtek94 ❤ So true. And give them a helping hand - in their time of weakness, help strengthen them. It's amazing what kindness to suffering people can do. It can give them faith in humanity and life and stop them from falling into desperation.

@Dexter Morgan Since nobody chose to be born, they are definitely entitled to the air they breathe after being plonked here.

@shiftymcgee9359 Don't be ridiculous. Drug dealers are predators, and like animal predators they watch for the hurt and injured and the gullible young, and target them. You should look into their tactics, they work with tactics similar to pimps.

@squirrelcovers6340 I'm not a druggie myself. If you think that people are solely responsible for their situation then you've lived a charmed life with so many advantages that you've taken for granted without knowing it, whilst falsely believing it was all your superior abilities that kept you in your situation. In other words, you are naive, and like many naive and entitled people, judgemental.
1
@shiftymcgee9359 Most of us are civilised human beings with empathy and compassion, unlike drug dealers who cut drugs with tranq to make more profit despite it rotting people's limbs. You're not a wolf, you are a person devoid of empathy, otherwise known as a sociopath.
