  1. This isn't a true picture of Russian opinion on the street. I watch 1420 (a Russian YouTuber against the war who publishes videos outside Russia) who interviews Russians on the street all over Russia, and it's horrifying to hear the views of many Russians. Most are only too eager to express their contempt and hatred for Ukraine and the West, particularly the US. They have fallen for the propaganda hook, line and sinker.
