In climate change there is torrential rain all at once, lie in Feb. 2024, but then no rain came when it was usual, as in no Winter rains in LA this year, as there usually is, and then came the drying winds! This is classic climate change disruption. There is no way fires like this could be prevented, with winter so dry.
