  2. 2spirit - YES!! Its literally jsut gay men! Ive looked into this a lot and pretty much ALL 'third sex' customs around the world are always just gay effeminate men. I believe they were constructed as a way to protect the gender role-bianry. Gay efeminate males need to be imagined as 'nonmen' so that men can have sex with them and not be gender-role nonconforming. Its a way of banishing homosexuality from existence.

  3.  @no-one-787  I think we live in a non-anthropcentric universe. We could look for 'meaning' on a number of different scales. The universal level is too large - there is no ultimate meaning to be found there. We evolved to feel meaning on the family, and tribe level, and at the very most the civilisation level. Thats why when we use our imagination to make religions that will promise us meaning on greater scales, all we can imagine is just a big shiny version of a family,(Father and Son Gods) a tribe (fellow Christians) , a civilisation (gods new jerusalem/heavan).

The autistic logic of transness - trans women are women therefore you need to let them into women spaces, sports, lesbain spaces etc. It works on academic people because they live in their logical minds, and can become divorced from reality. Their ' logical' minds domiantes - women is a social construct, intersex exists, sex binary was made by victorian colonialsts, its a power system, we must pursue social justice, trans women are women therefore I cannot complain, therefore I must obey the pronouns etc. They ignore the evidence of their eyes and ears. Even when faced with empirical evidence of transwomen showing male violence, they dismiss the empirical implication that they are in fact men, and instead default to the logic of the definition of words - transwomen are women, therefore any violence that may have been committed by a transomwen is by definition the actions of a woman, therefore they remain as much as woman regardless. And simialri with sport - well a transwoman is a woman and woman isn't a real category so even if transowmen had an advantage in sport it wouldn't matter because they are definitionally women.
