  1. He NEVER said 'the real meaning in the life of a woman is caregiver to her family'. He never proscribed what he thinks the purpose of women lives are - he merely observes that as people age family becomes more important than work, and that women around 30 tend to leave their work envinrpmments to start families, and yet our culture does not prepare women for this life path, which they often end up wanting.

  2. 'Self care' is when you treat yourself as if you are the child and the devouring mother. 'Self Parenting' is when you treat yourself from the perspective of a functioning parenting team. It encompasses self care and also discipline.
