  1. I know how tough it can be when you feel like you have to keep up this happy, uplifting online persona even though you're secretly going through it. I had a similar experience where I had a pretty big mental breakdown at the start of the year and had to take a month off YouTube because of it. If you feel like a break might help, I highly suggest it. Just know that after every extremely dark period, you always take something invaluable out of it and come back mentally and physically stronger than ever. Big ups to you for having the balls to open up about this on your channel. It'll help a lot of other men struggling right now.
