  1. Although, in the video she acknowledges that it's a systemic problem. Yet she cannot make a link between negative effects in academia to the dominant capitalistic socio-economic relationships. Somehow it's 'communism' in academia that is at fault. She is not the first scientist who cannot critically assess their ideological belifs.
