  1. The modern system is not human-centric, it's profit-centric - profit for the wealthy. Housing is expensive, raising kids is expensive. The majority has no good future in this system.

  2. Generations gradually lose the skills of proper human relationship. You can't just make all those lonely people form relationships, they don't know how. Many of the lonely people were harmed by bad relationships.
