I think there is a mistake in calculation: after a year there'll be 101500 total money, not 110000. 7500 is a credit given to a farmer temporarily (creation of the new money by the bank. farmer: +7500, bank: -7500, balance: 0), which is returned as 9000 (farmer: 0, bank: 9000-7500, balance: +1500), the difference: is +1500 for the bank. This 1500 is an extraction of 'surplus value' from the product of farmer's work. While credit is a temporary new money bank creates out of thin air, allowed by th fractional reserve system, only the real work creates permanet new money (as storage of value of work).
