I've taken the liberty to better organize these tips: Hygine • Wash hands, especially after contact with surfaces and objects outside your own living area • Avoid touching your face (especially mouth, eyes, nose) • Use sanitizer dispensers wherever they are set up • "Catch it - bin it - kill it" (sneeze or cough in a tissue) Disinfection • Bring disinfection wipes with you • Disinfecting doorknobs, light switches • Disinfect phones and work areas • Don't take street shoes into house Contacts • Wear gloves before touching public surfaces • Avoid handrails in public buildings • No shaking hands and no hugs or kisses • Don’t share utensils • Avoid contact with other people and all gatherings • Avoid restaurants and shopping malls, all public areas • Avoid public transport • Limiting visits from relatives to hospitals to a minimum • Preferring touch free card payment, avoid cash • Extreme care in public toilets Immune system • Keep warm, avoid a cold nose • Good nutrition, fruits, vegetable, avoid sugar and refined carbs • Vitamin D in winter
