  1. The general advices are fine, but how about depression because you are deeply disappointed in yourself, others, and the world at large from the very young age? What has been seen cannot be unseen, or what was realized cannot be unrealized. The gist of it is that the world is a shitty place, the more you live the strongly you realize this.
