  1. Full equality of women leads to more competition for men towards the same exact positions out in the society. Simple as that. Not many commentators are comfortable to speak about this very root cause. Who benefits from more competition on the labor market? Businesses. They can pay less now, if men and women are competing for the jobs. Anyway, most don't want to see the systemic issues behind this.

  2. Single sex groups are prone to fall into mysogyny or misandry. Saying that, it's weird that women think that it's only them who experience societal pressure to conform to particular roles.
