  1. Text prompt programming. Is definitely gonna be a thing. We'll need more powerful machines to run this code as it won't be very optimized me thinks. And we'll also need to invent a special AI to debug the whole mess.

  2. Just like text 2 picture AI revolution, I envision the programming AI will need a supervision of a professional to generate suitable code. For the time being it will be used as a productivity accelerator of existing programmers. That is until it becomes refined enough to completely supplant programmers. Then only architects will remain who will prompt the AI. Then AI will supplant architects. Then the Matrix.
