@roweld4399 I would argue self evaluation and accountability is sorely lacking in many men and woman, highlighting only woman's failures speaks to a clear bias.

@sacredgeometry Generally as a group woman are more sexually responsible, but otherwise too. The expectations born lingering gender rolls as sexual gate keepers and societal expectations forces them to. They have to be more responsible sexually as the ramifications for unreserved sexuality are much more severe for woman socially and health wise. Additionally they are pressured and given the option to engage sexually much earlier and more frequently than their male analogues do. Saved by men? I am not sure where you live but it feels like where ever that may be is stuck in a 60's time warp. This is not my experience with woman in general; But most certainly not younger woman who do not have that expectation baked in like my mothers generation did. I would argue the spin speaking about woman as irresponsible and reliant on men is actually naive in this day and age. Woman have never had more options than they do today, those options include looking backwards. The reason girls tend grow up faster is primarily tied to sexuality and social expectations that are largely not on boys. They gain an attribute of being sexually attractive in our society much earlier than most boys do. This changes their perspective in significant ways. Past a certain point most young men do catch up and it levels out. As a generality young woman are more responsible than young men and there are numerous metrics that show it.

@mistermyself1128 No they do not, in one case the woman is encouraged to choose what she wants, otherwise someone else makes that call.
