  16.  UFCANT Putin never debates, he is a dictator. Any press that is critical of him is arrested or un-alived. He is the ultimate murderous, thin-skinned, snowflake. His leadership, speaking skills and policy is so weak and unpopular, he has to control the media to stay in power.
