Or that only republicans have been charged with actual voter fraud in those states.

@robertmullins3176 Weak impeachment you mean. Donald worst crimes were financial in nature but the establishment dems did not push that because they are complicit with the same kind of crimes. The narrow nature of the charges and the fact republicans simply refused to do their job is the only reason Trump was not removed after he was impeached. I honestly do not think they were trying to actually get rid of him, if they were they would have hit him with the crimes the GOP could not have wiggled away from.

rob bronson I have watched that garbage just to see what people like you are talking about. To understand your perspective so we could better discuss the issues. Look outside that bubble and stop picking your news based on what makes you feel good about the world. This is the real world we are talking about and not a sit com where you can pick and choose the stories you like.

@johncaccioppo1142 We need to be looking up to the top and need to stop punching down or across at the people the media tell us to. We all have a common set of opponents who are dividing us against ourselves over wedge issues and identity nonsense to further rob us all We need to come together and recognize our real root problem of bought and paid for leadership before we come together and make voting a worthwhile process. We need actual choices not between stasis or going backward, we need an option that moves us forward again.

Anyone that watched trump and thought he nailed it is missing parts.

Which is it do you want to stop the count or take a month? Either way Trump will lose.

That blond is really really dopy, I think she actually believes the nonsense she spits. What a broken head she has.

@pdoylemi Very Fair, I suspect the financial changes would have been more damaging than the dog and pony show they tried to wage. They knew it was dead in the water as they started so it was basically theater even if total valid. Bringing financial charges would have been more connected to to the general consensus that politicians are financially crooked and would have landed with more people. The above mentioned truth is also why they did not want to open that can of worms. The fact is the impeachment was done poorly, it was backed by the calculation the GOP was never pass it anyway.

@klickerpup Many of his financial crimes including breaking there emoluments clause happened in term and was way easier to prove the "collusion" when they did not even really try that hard and knew it would go no where anyway. They did not go that way because it would open scrutiny on them. The fact is there are other options going forward that are pardon free and that may have been their spin but as usual their attacks which could have been devastating still felt typically establishment dem weak.

@pdoylemi Pretty fair. I get your take and see your logic. It seems the ploy turned out to be somewhat of a double edged sword. It would have been far more effective to make the crimes easy to understand and more obvious and down to earth. If this was a type of anti marketing it would be wise to make the argument going forward simple so it was easier to sell to the wider electorate. We all know Trump is bad, they sold that really hard. But people really hate quid pro quo corruption (like the Saudi's renting out whole floors of his hotels) and I think that would have been a more effective plank to indict him on even if the GOP senate choose to ignore it. They managed to paper over the crime as nothing for a vast group of the electorate and I think it's fantastic headline nature actually undermined it's salability to the target audience they were trying to reach by enacting the process of impeachment. The fact is the Gop senate subverted the law and did not pay for it all at the ballot box undermines the value of the strategy. It is my belief that a more effective, more bread and butter case against Trump would have hurt him a lot more and would have been an easier sell as bad to more people even if it was less dramatic than calling him Putin's puppet on TV.

Radical liberal, radical left, radical socialist, radical, radical. The GOP is entirely radical and the idea they are the sane voice is only true to an ever shrinking base of fact free base dupes. Ignoring democracy is radical, fringe like even. Time to start calling using these halfwits talking points against them.

If Trump postpones it, as of Jan 1 he is no longer the president no matter what. If there are no elections the states get to name interim representatives. For this cycle there are number more democratic governors who pick those leaders than republican, meaning the dems get control of the senate and when they do the most senior democrat becomes president. There is no real threat of trump postponing the election, he would not remain in charge anyway.

Why does anyone believe Trump's nonsense? How brain dead do you have to be?

The idea that corperations are 'woke' becuase they are canceling fringe right wingers just like they always have the economic left is base stupid.

The only reason it loses money is the way they government put special rules around the way it has to fund pensions no one else to. I hate that he lies all the time and no one calls him on it to his face.
