He is under review due to complaints about his representation of mental health concerns as a licensed practitioner in the region. They expect him to comport with their standards and simply wish to train him as to what the standards are. If he can not do this simple thing, then he does not deserve the licence. He has a right to say what he wants. He has no right to a licence in a body, whose standards he contradicts on medical concerns.

The issue with the current system is the leaders in place not properly funding it to promote a for profit private agenda to "save it" Health care is one process that should have it's profit motive as far removed from it as possible. To make it about making money means the focus is automatically about how much can be made, a situation that is problematic when it means life and death. They need to properly staff and fund their existing system which is far cheaper than the for profit model that owns the Americans. A system that rations care based on a wallet biopsy, not need.
