No school board puts sexualizing kids as part of what they teach, teaching kids to accept those who are different than they are should be and has been attacked by these monsters.
155
There is no mechanism to protect us against conflict of interest in our broken system. A quick look at our supreme court validates this observation.
78
They have proved that numerous times, activist judges serving their owners.
71
Tell that to the elite who want one.
50
@paologat Only on cases that they are trying Obama or Biden. I would not want them trying cases for those guys either. This not a complex idea for a working brain
34
Or demand you wear shoes to get service.
23
Unless the free market rejects what the owner class wants people to do ....
18
@MajesticSkywhale Cloth masks do not "infringe on your ability to breath", they present no danger to you.. Outside a very narrow set of well understood problems that are rare there is literally no medical reason not to wear one.
15
Anyone with a working brain should have rejected them as anything but a novelty gift.
14
Except they may cancel it, have seen lots of badly made grifting go fund me requests go away.
12
@flysoup3607 Lol, it is a caricature not a straw man. No one argued this is an actual example of an actual problem. It is a lampooning of their silly spin. His sad story about communist devil worshipers taking away god given rights sounds pretty much like the spin of the kind of crazies making ridiculously empty claims in the video. It is a joke, relax.
7
He does not have grounds to do so, the requirements are very specific.
5
@WindFireAllThatKindOfThing You should not do it if you value the 1st amendment, becoming more like China does not seem like the right way to go as you pretend to fear them.
5
@wilsonchuc I saw no lies in this vid, please point out any instances you noted.
4
Nice!
4
@pretzelstick320 So you choose to ignore right wing violence and support the gop but blame democrats for actions they had no control of? Very principled stand you have there.
4
@MajesticSkywhale It is exactly like a business requiring you to wear shoes or a shirt to get services.
4
People are useless until they are trained by looking at other artists work. Training your AI is no more problematic than training yourself.
4
They will force ISP's to lock the servers, it won't be locked out via app.
3
It's born of the mutiple systems feeding in the data and individual contributors falling short of a complete transfer. It is a fail but is attached to individual failures, not a global one.
3
@petersulewski Not true, we need amendments to our system but blaming the prosecutor for the acts of a corrupt, biased judge and statehouse is silly
2
It bans a product for people based on shallow and non validated claims. It is a direct attack on the first amendment to control what you can and can't see. Ironically they are acting like China does to their people.
2
@magnetix-zk6mq NO ONE is sexualizing kids. Teaching them to get along with fellow students who are different does not do that. Your spin attacks a problem that does not exist. Acknowledging that different kinds of people exist does not sexualize anyone! This whole dishonest bigoted issue is a blatent distraction created to hide the fact the state govenants pushing them do nothing to improve your life.
2
A good chance since the supreme court is owned by the highest bidder ...
2
@Snarl_Marx True, I am operating from the what it's intended application was. Not the way it now manifests.
2
Those communist devil worshipers clearly do not respect the constitution ...
1
They are insured and write off any money they have to pay. So in effect we as taxpayers are footing this bill.
1
Not if trump now wins ...

Everyone knew he would

@anomalyldn I just can't get worked up by it when actual scams like pay day loans and many credit cards are far more destructive but get almost no push back. That they made money does not concern me. Pet rocks were not actual pets even though he sold them as pets, sea monkeys were brine shrimp. The "name a star" companies did not actually name any stars. Buying land on the moon or mars does not mean you actually have any property there. This is "product" is very similar. It does not shock me the owners have other like companies, it is to be expected actually. If the owner sold one novelty product one would expect they sell others. This is at best marginally a scam, I simply do not care about it because there are damaging, on going theft scams that actually effect peoples lives to be concerned about.
1
@dorvinion I am inclined to agree, I do not feel too bad for the people who thought they would outsource that work.
1
@anomalyldn This is not something like a miracle pill though is it,. Buddy can not and should not reasonably expect his life to change if he is now a "lord" or not. One takes a miracle pill to be cured, not for a certificate they could print out themselves at home. One of these two scams is much more benign than the other. I do not feel too bad for anyone that thought they were actually a a lord by sending someone $50. They do not seem any more victims than those who rent to own or cash their cheques at money mart. The bottom line is it cost them a few bucks they pretty clearly would have wasted on something else. Like I said, hard to get too worked up about it. Felt more ripped off by my sea monkeys as kid than anyone should feel about this. All they should ever expected was a paper in an overpriced frame, that is if they sprung for the whole shebang.
1
This is like selling plots on the moon or areas in space. These are all novelty gifts and if you imagined you were getting a real title out of buying this gag gift you are pretty simple. There are plenty of predatory products out there, this is one that is easy to see it for what it is and does not hurt anyone.
1
There is no sich thing as an illeagal boycott. Boycotts are somply customers choosing how to spend thier money.
1
Which is nonsense, all our our data is for sale to the highest bidder including the location tracking they are pretending to care about here. They banning content because what they are pretending to oppose is already for sale on the open market. China does not need an app to gather this data, anyone can buy it.
1
@yashvintackoory2893 your spin is fact free. The dnc is as establishmet as the gop is and have zero interest in civil unrest dispite Trump's dishonest spin. The protests were against the murder of citizens by a police force that is above the law. Imagining that was dreamed up by the dnc is ridiculous.
1
@yashvintackoory2893 The protests were about murdering of citizens by unaccountable government officials. It was a protest against actual tyranny. That there were riots does not reflect on the democrats. If anything those in power who took the cops off their leash to act as attack dogs in response bear at least part of the blame including Trump who doubled down ignoring the issue. In any case no democratic leader backed riots and your spin the contrary is dishonest nonsense.
1
It is like kicking out one stalker while befriending the 6 others stalkers in your life. All of our data is for sale anyway, China does not need a platform to gather it, just a check book.
1
@WindFireAllThatKindOfThing But to extend your analogy, our government is not supposed to be in the business of serial killing even if opponents count on using it as a tool of control. This is especially true when our other media systems that no one is talking about banning are busy slashing and chopping with impunity. The same clowns pushing nonsense to undermine our faith in elections, our leaders and our fellow Americans. I note these bipartisan crusaders have not banned other foreign political input. They say they are concerned about influence by TT but have no issue with foreign allies making domestic demands of us while we fund their never ending war. It is a hard to pill to swallow that they care about our data, our security or anything but serving the donor/lobbyist class that demands this ban. They sold us out to corporate and lobbyist interests long ago, this is more of the same.
1
@meinelust To make you feel better? Why? There are places that ban all kinds of media, know they never do it to protect their people. They are not doing so here either!
1
No, there is no facility to do that unless she does something clearly illegal
1
More voices like yours are needed, this needs more eyes on it.
1
They are both equally corrupt on this issue is the point, they do not have a way to control of content of the app like they do other vendors. They dislike the narrative that has emerged on the platform and do not want it spread. All our data is for sale to the highest bidder on all the other platforms. China could buy the same data if they wanted and no one would raise an eyebrow. They have not shown or even implied what the threat is because it does not exist. According to the first the government is not supposed to police or choose our speech.
1
@Actual_Dragon_Leith_Crowther They are not a threat or they would share what the concern is. China bans platforms to control what their population can see and hear. Our government is not supposed to have that power if we look at the wisdom of the founders.
1
@javierititin You mean like our platforms push narratives our establishment likes, This just proves they are trying to ban content. Here in the US we are supposed to value free speech and fight ideas we dislike with speech of our own. The government should not be able to pick and choose what we see.
1
Or we should stop selling it like literally every other platform does. There is nothing secret about your data in the US, if they wanted to China could buy all your data and info on the open market.
1
@happyninja42 Not the shiniest example of the species indeed.
1
@bjarkiengelsson Not sure that is the case, the state will back her up and there is no actual mechanism to appeal to except her own choice to bend. I wish this was not true but it highlights a failure and a corruption that has long plagued us but is brought clearly to light here. I would like to see this change, not expecting it to any time soon.
1
@tellioforsey If you say so, I would argue that is semantics. Your ability to describe the difference between "inspiration" of new art students and "teaching" a system is not as definitive as you seem to think it is. The process's we are replicating learn, they take in data and associate it with concepts not originally intended like we do. We are not identical to these expert systems, but we model their learning and ability to extrapolate data on the way we do it. It is hard to argue we have nothing in common when it comes to the necessity of external information and examples to learn. You have it wrong, what these machines are doing is not sampling. They are literally creating new art inspired by a specific style. A style they have the skill to replicate based on a broad set of complicated criteria and a detailed understanding of the techniques used by the artist. Human artists have always done this! Your characterization of these systems as "stupid" is very narrow. The limitations of these modern systems are a feature of the infancy of the tech, the algorithms they are basing them on and the AI's intended focus. They are not so much "stupid" as they are very mono tasked and limited in scope for the moment.

Her fan base was a whos who of corrupt and murderous clowns.
