It is either pure HE, or shaped charge, or it will carry a fragmentation charge. if using tungsten fragmentation like for example the BUK does would be too heavy, you can put something else there, like ceramics.   17. At least 50% of Russians do not know anything about living under hardship. Russia will still need hard currency to do efficient sanction busting. Every single device, part, marchinery they need will now be more expensive. Moving from a global interconnected market, to rebuild their entire system to the new inward gazing paradigm will be insanely costly. They will not be able to manufacture long distance airliners, a new program will need to be started. a space program without launching anything for the west = insanely costly. Keeping up to date with semi-conductors = insanely costly.
