It is usually due to trolls from Internet Research Agency not being given enough IP numbers to ply their trade, or not knowing how to write their text to bypass filters.

Car parts? Cars? CPU foundries? Top down attack AI supported missile launchers with 5km range? You will just step up and start manufacturing this complex machinery at a competitive price now, when you have never done it before? Remember, these devices are way more advanced than they were in the early nineties. Face it. You've had your chance to diversify your economy for 30 years, but instead you opted to supply the raw materials instead. Now it's too little, too late. You had one job to do it, and you blew it.
