  3. Ingvar Kamprad is pointing at Russians and laughing. Good luck Russia. You've just slid back to the early eighties in development. Huge stores. No people. Too many employees, all idle, standing around with a perma-frown, standing around chewing their cud. The success of IKEA (and Walmart, and Rossmann, and LIDL etc etc) is a holistic approach that affects every single aspect of a visit to the place. This place... does not have it. This is just stuff for sale, under a roof. There is no mystery why there are NO Russian retail brands in the west. Not impressed. Were you born this uncritical Russell, or did that come later?
