Really? Common people, how many of you took a drag off a cigarette and put it down just before typing scathing replies? How many of you yourselves are actually overweight, unhealthy, and suffering in any way from something? Most illness in America is actually directly resulting from horrible diets and eating habits. How many of you are aware that following the American Dietary Guidelines are exactly what is making us, our children, and our Military overweight? Our children are now far more often found to be overweight than in healthy weight ranges and suffering from all sorts of what used to be most often adult types of afflictions en mass for the first time in our national history? Every school you go to usually has more overweight kids than normal weight ranges. They now look just like the adult population does only in shorter versions but the double chins, huge spare tires, labored breathing, can all be found in any line in a typical American school hallway now and it is grievous to the extreme to me. And it is the same with any line of adults say for instance standing in wait at the DMV, they look the same just taller and some of the boys now have facial hair.
You do realize that this food here in this so-called "news piece" is being attacked directly from the angle of "Not following proper guidelines" don't you? And the mentioned guidelines are the same ones killing us from obesity when you follow them even strictly? Now don't misunderstand me, the bread, sauces, all the veggies, etc. and especially ALL THAT SUGAR along with those meats and fats are terrible for you! And yes it is even in the mustard! EVERYTHING has sugar added to it nowadays somehow. Trying to be a fluff healthy eater and say "I only eat fresh sushi for lunches!" kinda gal? Well, look into the fact that over half of even authentic sushi places ADD sugar to the rice so it stays in nice tight stuck together rolls. You will likely be shocked. And the oils they use to cook everything...don't get me started on oils! And of those, the absolute worst...SHORTENINGS AND THE LIKE! Gak! Flies won't even eat those shortenings or artificial butter spreads! Did you know that all your store shelf food oils used to be just industrial lubricants and that they are so super duper chemically processed to make them edible and not smell absolutely unbearable? That is the real truth about oils by the wey. They had a far greater negative impact on our health overall than sugars did when they came along and were finally common in all households.
And before anyone wants to roll up their sleeves and try to batter that claim down with any reports or statistics...be fairly warned. I can tsunami you under in reply with real, published, accepted, legitimate statistics, reports, research, and the like from nations all over the world and in current real-time standing....not 20 yr old data. That's also a big problem...most data used to argue against meat is sooooo outdated. Here is the freakiest thing I discovered in learning about what humans should really eat like to be healthy as we can in modern times.
I just spent the last year doing intense research on this very subject and now my house has a storage freezer full of meat, as well as the fridge in the house, my son eats eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese almost daily for breakfast with a glass of milk so now is actually LOSING weight. Mornings on some days he passes on breakfast all together as meat fills you longer and he is not hungry still from dinner the night prior.
I am 53yrs old, I stand just a hair under 6ft tall, have a 31" waistline, weigh 174 lbs. I dropped an inch n half in the waist but gained 4lbs on a meat diet and I do no extra exercise. I changed nothing at all about my normal usual physical routine except that I pace the house now when watching informative online educational pieces as I can't sit still often with so much energy. I have absolutely zero joint pains in any portion of my body at all. My chronically tired bloodshot eyes cleared up. I sleep from 4-6 hours only every single night and most often about 4.5 hrs nightly. And rise directly from opening my eyes to abruptly sitting up fully awake and almost never yawn in the morning anymore and I don't have the sensation of a need to stretch when rising, but still do at evening times but only about once or twice before laying my head down and falling asleep within minutes.
I go days and even up to a week at a time without ever having a gas cramp and if eating strictly I completely lost that ever-present sensation of intestinal bloating. I literally live off of about a 97% pure meat diet, and the largest portion of what I eat that is not meat would consist mainly of morning coffee, (2 cups daily, w/only half n half no sweetened coffee! In fact, I don't use sugar, honey, syrup, anything to sweeten anything at all) and an occasional alcohol beverage but they hurt me now after being so clean so 1-2 drinks even when widely spaced in rate of consumption give me a headache, puffy eyes, and grogginess in the mornings which is now completely alien to me. And the reason I will often pace while learning is the fact that it can be 11:45pm, the wife is asleep, the boy long since asleep, and it can be almost 2am before I feel like laying down. I watch the sun come up every morning, even a day with nothing to do I am still up in time for it. In the summers my night of sleep just slowly shifts around so I am still up before the sunrise begins. I almost literally feel like I am on stimulants when awake now, I kinda hum with energy. It is fabulous! For my 10am breakfast I am going to bake a whole pound of bacon and eat it in a sitting with a glass of water. My last meal was 8pm yesterday when we stopped at Burger King in a pinch (VERY rarely we do that now and it is always in some situation that mandates it) and grabbed a couple bacon double cheeseburgers each and ate only the meat and cheese, and then I had half a leftover ribeye from the previous night as soon as I finished the burger as we had arrived at home. Oh, I only have a bowel movement ONCE a day almost always in the mornings, and it rarely is more than about a coffee cup of waste matter in total after about a 3-4 lb or so daily consumption rate going into me. No constipation either unless I get a bit carried away with the 3lb cheddar cheese block that is always there in my fridge.
