I got a ticket for expired registration and the wrong insurance card, I have to go to court show the corrected paper work, pay a fine.... it happens to everyone everywhere if your act isn't together. It happens to whites more often because we can afford the fines and pay them. Thats very obvious. the system doesn't discriminate when it comes time to pay up...
