  2.  Lilblunt Bigsak  are you sure? In the scope of fairness, any meteorologist would report and repeat the same basic information about a strong hurricane to different news outlets and groups. I'm looking at this from a practical perspective because this involves the safety of many people.

  3. Anytime you repeat a story/report to small groups you would repeat relative facts in the report over and over. Maybe he should add, "up until this time,......"

  4. Many people don't listen to anyone when a dangerous hurricane is near. So the message would need to be repeated over and over to convey the seriousness of the situation. Lives are potentially in play.
