  3.  @redacted_vombat5742  many are very poor, lack of adequate education and employment prospects hinder their advancement. Societal issues and substance abuse have long been a problem. An obvious trend has long been established. The FCC isn't going to pay them for RF to fly over their air space.

  4. It's a beautiful drive through tourist area. The remoteness is it's main appeal. If any substantial development took place there would be bigger complaints.

  6. No body needs to transmit any RF over that part of the country. Carriers won't even build cell towers because there is no demand.
