  7.  @pneumatonic  almost the whole world is developing some kind of rocket these day for different purposes. (Look at N Korea) the most basic rocket need is to launch satellites into space. That is too vital a function to ignore. You and I are communicating through satellites right now! If you watch TV, internet, telephone you are using satellites. As for the EPA, the emission levels are pure politics and each country sets their own levels.... we as a world are getting greener and cleaner each day. For 7 billion people that's not too bad! :)
