  2.  DCM88  in the video it says VICE tested the drug they were making. It was actually Morphine with no heroin at all.

I think VICE wanted viewers to get the main point of how even Do-it-yourself drug addicts could not even mix up their own drugs correctly or accurately describe what they were doing. Even when they had full vertical control of the production process. Which honestly is a bit startling. It drives home the point that the average street drug user has no idea what they are getting...
